The piping is located on the walkway/ platform over the areation tank with nozzle at specific distances. RCC blocks embedded with Tee and hooks are placed in rows at bottom of the tank. |
Two Diffusers are Connected to either sides of the Tee. A hose connects each nozzle of the piping to the centre of the Tee of each RCC block. A Rope is tied to the hooks embedded in the RCC block and the other end is tied to the railing of the walkway.
The air takes the path from the piping to each individual set of diffusers and generate fine bubbles. Whenever required the RCC block with 2 diffusers can be pulled out without stopping the system. |

Other Installation Methods:
FIXED TYPE INSTALLATION
From the compressor outlet, sevral drop pipes are fixed making a piping grid at the bottom of the tank using Pipe Fixtures or RCC blocks. Holes are Drilled at specific distances on the sides. Using service clamps /saddles and threaded nipples, the diffusers are fixed to the piping. Air from the drop pipes distributes through the pipe network and discharges from the diffusers genrating fine bubbles. |

INSTALLATION WITH FLOATING PIPES
In very large thanks where walkways/ platforms cannot be constructed, diffuser set can be placed at the bottom of the tank and air distribution piping with nozzles can be arranged to float. Maintemamce requires skilled persons and a boat with ballast. |
